Prajna M. is drinking a Green Limousine 2022 by Hop Federation at The Beer Spot Morningside
It’s nearly July, but I’m still chasing fresh hops round town! This was a ‘22 pick. Understandably slightly muted, but still delicious. Skunky Sauvin aroma. Rounded malt cushion. More of a rounded, sweet tropical fruit loaf vibe now. Barely any bitterness

Prajna M. is drinking a Wake Me Up Before You COCOA by Fork & Brewer at Fork & Brewer
Lovely beer. The use of Welly Choc Co quality choc is noticeable. Adds a luscious chocolatey goodness to the pint. Smooth as heck. Nicely balanced at 4.8%. Chocolate (obviously) little bit of coffee, some dark fruits. Moreish long, gentle bitter finish
Prajna M. is drinking a Lupo Solitario Mosiac by Fork & Brewer at Fork & Brewer
Nicely done. This one tastes quite different to the Solera hop version. This is all about Mosaic fruitiness. Lightly juice malt base. Fresh pineapple & apricot notes. Light floral bitterness to finish
Prajna M. is drinking a Single Barrel Series No 157 by Garage Project at Garage Project Wild Workshop
Happy the Workshop is open and to sample this. Dark gold, robust white head. Nose is more funky white grape than fresh hop. Has settled into a balanced yet complex fruity & funky ale. Bit of hop on the end of the palate for a lingering finish
Purchased at Garage Project Wild Workshop
Hitting the spot on a dreary Friday. Slightly creamy milk chocolate malt notes. Lightly floral, nutty & herbal notes. Palate-filling mouthfeel. Very quaffable. Choc cream sweetness, bit of sweet mandarin. Moreish length. Nicely done.
