Big honeydew melon note on the nose, super funky flavours, earthy, slightly smokey, lemon zest, herbaceous, floral, endless complexity and a subtle sweetness towards the end. It’s hard to pick apart but that’s what makes it interesting… 🧐🧐🧐🍺🍺
