Little Beasts Brewing by Strange Aeons

I think the ‘D’ in DIPA is for Delish! Light nose and super heavy flave. A little boozy and a lot bitter. Sharp. How do they get the unconventional colors in their beer? Little Beast blood?!?

I am going to Town on these new brews from Mark V. And Kelly V. Moderate nose and trop hop flave. Aldous Huxley would approve.

Little Beasts Brewing by La Saison D'automne

Clarence P. is drinking a La Saison D'automne by Little Beasts Brewing

Oh the colour! A potpourri of berries and floral notes. Bordering sour, but maintains the saison signature. What’s in this beer to make the deep burgundy colour?!? BTW, how is the Little Beasts merch? Start makin’ plush toys, blankets, pencil cases...

Lemon cream biscuits covered in Eversweet margarine, minus the margarine. Any Newfies out there know what I’m talking about? Got some tartness to it too.

Holy Costco-size can Batman! Jedi Master for scale. Love the name... We mine nickel here, but tell me where the hop deposits are and I’ll mine those too! Crisp, lip-smacking, caramel sweet and citrus notes. Tks Nancy+Skip!

Love the name. Who was the Greek god of beer-making? Solid hop profile. On the bitter side of the flavor see-saw, but with fruitiness tipping throughout. Yeast floaties create a snow globe of malty goodness.

Archibald Microbrasserie by Désirée

Clarence P. is drinking a Désirée by Archibald Microbrasserie

A nice hoppy ISA that doesn’t taste the way a decafinated coffee does to a java lover. The can says Blonde, but Desiree’s hair is dark. Maybe she’s a dirty blonde. What do you think Tucos? 🤪

The flavor brings Germany, Belgium & France together. Deep dunkel hue, bubbly fruity yeast & saison spice and booziness. A beauty beer. Tks Mark V. & Kelly V. Totally from the Dark Side!

I finished dinner a few hours ago, but it’s never too late for dessert! Sweet chocolate-caramel. Pecans are muted by the malty porterness.

A sour that’s not crazily off-putting...considering my general disdain for sours. Tart, hoppy, crisp.

Rye is deep, bold and long-lasting. Appropriately spiced. Bitter. Malty. Full-bodied. Funky colour. FAF...festive as 🤬.
