Patrick O'Connell is drinking a Burn After Hopping by Lamplighter Brewing Co. at Mandarin Oriental, Boston
Cambridge MA’s Lamplighter take on a West Coast IPA. Super fresh balance of Amarillo and Citra hops, this one tastes about 4.35 imho. They say it’s medium bodies. And I must agree. You can do at least two tall boys and still function just fine.
Patrick O'Connell is drinking a Bomb! by Prairie Artisan Ales at Untappd at Home
Oklahoma, where the beers are brewed strong! Yet the balance on this stout is even more perfect than the last one I was able to get in 2017 or so. Spectacular.

Lived up to the hype. Strong, smooth and perfectly balanced at 6.8%. Beautiful New England IPA.

Winter and Christmas beers, particularly Belgian ones, inspire me every holiday season. Their spices and flavor variations can be a spectacular hit or an artificially-favored miss. With a touch more roast, this Seattle-based brew would be a perfect 5.0!
