Dr. L. is drinking a Framboise Lambiek by Geuzestekerij De Cam at Untappd at Home
Another Jan 2009 label. Black cap, not dark green. This time no gusher luckily. Clear pour, aged upright. Aroma is very fruity, raspberry, aged lambic. Taste is quite acidic, raspberry. Slight carbonation.
Dr. L. is drinking an Oude Gueuze Tilquin à l'Ancienne (2010-2011) by Gueuzerie Tilquin at Untappd at Home
Aroma is aged lambic, ripe fruit. Reminds me of aged Girardin. Taste is not too acidic for Tilquin. Slight carbonation left. Maybe at its top?
Dr. L. is drinking a Wilde Bosbessen by Geuzestekerij De Cam at Untappd at Home
2040.7. 2019 on cap. Bought during lockdown 1. The fruitiness in this one decreased quite a bit. The blueberries have become hard to recognize, and made room for lambic complexity, but I somewhat liked it better when it was still fresh. Some cheesiness.
Dr. L. is drinking a 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze (season 17|18) Blend No. 10 by Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen at Untappd at Home
Aroma is funky, cheesy, spice. Taste is cheesy, spice, citric. There is complexity in there but it seems hidden behind the cheesiness. I have the feeling this needs more time, let's see!
Not bad but not special either. Not too sweet. A bit too bitter. The sediment tastes like plastic.
