Pompa a mano. Cremosità e bevibilità top. Mi aspettavo più classicità, che ritrovo nel naso di biscotto e nell'imbocco di nocciole e terra. Poi esce un amaro erbaceo, mai aggressivo ma deciso, che rende la bevuta agilissima ma forse troppo amara
