David Oskam is drinking a Dark Mountain by Black Horizon Brewing Company at Black Horizon Brewing Company
Balanced caramel with a breath of clove. Getting a banana aftertaste. A little thin and light on the backside.
David Oskam is drinking a Juicy Drama by Water Street Brewery at The Brewery
Getting the orange but cherry rounds it off nicely. Pretty mellow. Not a lot of hop punch, or bitter bite for that matter. No drama here, just a pleasant drinker.
David Oskam is drinking a Punch You In The Eye PA by Water Street Brewery at The Brewery
Piney with a lot of hops. Short on the front, but really like the finish. It’s bitter and dry. Good follow through on the punch.
David Oskam is drinking a Private IPA by Lakefront Brewery at Safe House
Fairly light malt based IPA with moderate bitter on the back. Fairly meh, but the venue is fun. Hidden non-descript spot that’s worth popping in when you’re in Milwaukee.

Bouncy hops with strong lemon. Other citrus with pine notes ride in to say hi. Finishes dry. Is it logical that I’m liking this better with each sip? Perhaps.
