Noel Martin is drinking a Hairy Bikers Triple Hop by Theakston at The Lumley
Far too cold for cask. Malty fullness to start, herbs dissolved in warmed brown sugar. Fruit comes out albeit subdued once the biscuit malt have disappeared some. A bit of a sweet earthy tang at the finish.

Noel Martin is drinking an Even Sharks Need Water (ESNW) by Verdant Brewing Co at Untappd at Home
Huge tropical sage citrus aroma, thicker than expected maybe a 7.5-8 boozy feel. Leafy green hops candied with lemon and pineapple. Pithy within the tartness of the hops drying towards the linger. Lactose I’m sure with a black pepper finish.

Noel Martin is drinking a Leila's One Off by Leila Cottage Brewery at The Countryman and Leila Cottage Brewery
Chocolate malt aroma, sweetness makes a contribution, vanilla in buckets, thick malty with a faint liquorice aftertaste. Smooth creamy mouthfeel with a moreish toffee chocolate linger . Some faint woody notes. So impressed with this small brewery.

Noel Martin is drinking an Ace Ale by Leila Cottage Brewery at The Countryman and Leila Cottage Brewery
Caramel malt and a faint sweetness on the aroma, toffee, light brown sugar, average body. Sweet earthy vanilla with a drying quality. British hops I gather maybe fuggles. I pleasant easy drinking ale.
Been a long time since I’ve had from this brewery. Zesty stone fruit, zippy fruit with a wild fermentation sort of idea (no expert). Sour tones say hello as they pass by, red grapefruit afterthought, funky dipped candied grass. Sipper this one.
