James Thompson: Picked up one of these today, sounds like a good dessert beer.
Noel Martin is drinking a Hitachino Nest White Ale by Kiuchi Brewery at Blue Pavilion
Honey spice start with such a mellow sort with the sweetness and spice blending nicely with some fruity notes. Lychee on the ends with apple, pear and finishing spicy orange. An interesting one this.

Noel Martin is drinking a Fuzzy Rat by Ossett Brewery at SALT Granary Wharf
Funky farmhouse aroma, melted pineapple chunks, hazy spiced herbs and floral notes. Butter churns a wee bit. Full body bitter lemon, a tad bit of coriander. There is a smarting impact that leaves the lemon pineapple to dance together for the final.
Noel Martin is drinking a Ghost Rat by The Rat Brewery at The Hop
Liquid marmalade, bouncy fruity hops of a tangerine sort. Some building astringency that lingers with that drying pithy bit. Sinking it nicely citrus edge. Plenty of clout. Finishing with a tangy orange sweetness with an astringent bite.
Noel Martin is drinking an OATH // OPULENT IMPERIAL STOUT by Northern Monk at Untappd at Home
French roast coffee with terrys dark chocolate, thick and heavy. A dance of heavyweights with maple, cinnamon, brownie, turning more milk chocolate on the ends. Punchy in that is easy 10+ it passes for. Silky velvet syrup mouthfeel, liquid fudge cake.

Noel Martin: It most certainly is James T. Could easily pass as a 10. Sipper.
Pear sweet aroma, stewed pear and candied straw middle. A touch on the dry side. The sweetness builds quickly to the point of it being a tad citrusy. Easy drinking pale with a significant hoppy linger.
