Valley Flora (2017)

The most wine-like of wine sours I’ve ever had. The colour is frankly off-putting, but carries along with it absolutely delightful notes of cab franc, plum pit, spiced cherry, oak, and a heavy astringent finish. Dries beautifully on the tongue.
