Decent kölsch. Flavorful, mildly nutty, hint of hops. Easy drinking. Nice glass lacing. Hail to the Chief!! Go Joe! NOTE: earlier version of this beer was a Pilsner, but this one is the kölsch

Tart, musty, acidic, a hint of maybe an off “rubber” taste? Fruity, berry, decent effervescence. Funk for sure. The more I drink this the more I think the rubber flavor was just a weird interaction from what I drank before this. No rubber a few sips in.

Tart, thin kombucha mouthfeel. Might be the highest ABV kombucha I’ve ever had. Sweet, fruity, berry with some savory at the back from the basil. Really nice blueberry smell. Perhaps a cross between Boon Farms and Boon Brewery? 😀 would be nice in summer
Chai but mouthfeel is a bit thin to call it velvet — although I just had a full bodied stout, so grain of salt. Smells of chai, cinnamon, brown sugar, graham cracker.
