Tastes Smokey, tobacco and dates and lingers with the burnt notes. Feels sophisticated but doesn’t taste what I’d consider an amazing dopplebock like Ayinger or Spatan, and not really feeling the notes. Not a bad beer per se but not what I wanted either.
