Complex flavor notes. It’s got some earthy/funkiness. Some of the notes almost remind me of a Brett-fermentation profile. There some tea, a touch of bitterness - but it isn’t unpleasant at all. All and all, a very fun brew!

A bit enigmatic. Roasty toasty on the start and then a finish of warm clove/spice notes from the wheat/hefe yeast.

It’s light and crisp, but tastes like a lager. Makes me think they might’ve given me someone else’s beer.
