Fernando Vega is drinking a Synesthesia by Pueblo Vida Brewing Company at The Sleepy Whale
Not the juiciest offering they've ever had, no doubt about that. Bitter grapefruit and floral hops running through. Grass lingers on the tongue. Subtle citrus sweetness underneath it all.Earned the Cheers to Independent U.S. Craft Breweries (Level 82) badge! Earned the Draft City (Level 23) badge! Earned the I Believe in IPA! (Level 16) badge!
Fernando Vega is drinking a Mirrorshield by Hudson Valley Brewery at Mikkeller Bar Tokyo
Incredibly fragrant florals and citrus peels. Bordering on popurrí but I'd wear/eat it 🌸 Effervescent, sweet, juicy, apricot, lemon, pineapple, orange juice. Incredibly refreshing!Earned the Pucker Up (Level 20) badge!
Fernando Vega is drinking a Viking Shake by Mikkeller Brewing San Diego at Mikkeller Bar Tokyo
Boozy and warm vanilla, with a heavy dose of dark roasted coffee. Bitter but not unpleasant aftertaste that really lingers. There's wood somewhere in there (splinters the tongue, idek what tf that means, but it makes sense to me).Earned the Beyond a Shadow of a Stout (Level 36) badge!
Fernando Vega is drinking a Forbidden Pastry: Blackberry Custard Crumble by Three Hills Brewing at ØL by Oslo Brewing Company オル東京 OL Tokyo
Effin great! Nose is vanilla bean custard and cinnamon oatmeal. Flavors are sweet custard, warm cinnamon crumble, and a tart but smooooth blackberry. Not sweet and not too sour, excellent middle ground.Earned the Middle of the Road (Level 40) badge! Earned the Beer of the World (Level 9) badge!

Fragrant fruity mixed berry nose. Immediate bright and tart cherry that hits the back of the throat. Cherries are juicy but the Tannic blackberry and woody notes keeps the finish dry. Not much peach?
