It's a bit powdery at first and spicey like coriander. Much better warmed up a bit too, gives the coffee and vanilla more prominence. Fun and basic stout with some complexity. Great beer to taste for different notes.

Had to do a double take on the nose. Didn't expect such an herbal smell. I thought rosemary right away but then picked up the lemon grass very strong. It is not too acidic like most farmhouse ales. Not too complex, and easy to pick out the notes.

Very good traditional IPA. Similar to fresh Russian River IPAs. Juicy in the front with a nice hoppy finish, not sure if they used Citra hops but it taste like it. This can compete with some great IPAs.

Not sure of the pineapple and mango meshed well together in this sour. I feel more pineapple would be preferred for this style. The texture was sharp with a good head, the flavor was the only thing off to me.

Very smooth Brown Ale. There is a lot of nose feel after it goes down. The front doesn't have too much nutty taste like a lot of commercial brown ales, which is very refreshing for the style. Very much enjoyed this!
