(Last week) Bought both to compare to Detour. Haha. A little paler, but good malt backbone. Sudsy, flavorful, citrusy but not overly so, maybe more pine might be nice. Very solid.

(A week+ ago) Uinta just does good stuff. Would never know this is 12% by taste. Smooth, punchy, nice aging, good malt, Belgian yeast, & I recall it keeping its head well.

(Awhile back) Pale, but recall thinking the malt backbone was ok. Recall it being well sudsed. Will update as necessary.

(Last week) Maltier & pinier than Caravan. Both very good, but I lean Detour. Gotta pick your spots to enjoy it since it’s so high ABV.
