Good clean beer, loving how much Pomelo is currently being used in SE Asia. But the reason I am checking in for the first time in 1.5 years is this gd bar snack!! Century egg over fried soft tofu and shaved dehydrated chicken. It is f’ing perfect!

First time rating a D&B beer in ages but I need to - this beer is close to perfect for the style. Clean, clear, lightly bitter and utterly smashable. I want to give it five stars, but that pushes the boundary of appropriate.
This beer is right, good CO2, good bitterness
