Been a minute since my last can from Modelbeer! Intense ripe citrus and pine with high sweetness. Only criticism would be the slight imbalance between sweetness and bitterness. But still great work from one of the finest brewers in China!

Two of my favorite hops of all time! Green pepper, white grape, bone dry but super thick and creamy. Sweetness comes up as it warms but still very balanced. This was fantastic! Pure NZ greatness.

LCI. A fantastic Westie from these guys out of Beijing! Caramel pine, grapefruit peel and light citrus with a clean bitterness. Really well made summer crusher!

First clear beer from Modelbeer. An all Mosaic American ipa. Packed with intense mosaic darkness and dry berry notes. More fruit bubblegum as it warms. Only wish it’s slightly dryer and less sweet. Another great offering!
