Drinking damn amazing. Loads of drying tannic wood, for sure grappa nuances, loads of drying chardonnay barrel nuances. Pepper, musty funk, dried apricot, vanilla, creamy wood too. Lovely!

Lambic is shining more this time, less perfume, more soft funk, more stone fruit, but loads of orange, kumquat & citrus pith. Seems like is benefitting from age, probably will get even better.

Massive fruity pepper nose, apricot, apple, flavor follows, pepper is forward yet balanced, like pepper geuze almost. Floral, Earl Grey tea notes. Unique and awesome, one of my favorites this time. Will age really well!

Animalistic funk, cheesy, Oak, loads of grape, tannins, blackcurrant, ribes. Great red grape lambic, but needs more time for the lambic to shine.
