Die Säure kribbelt in der Nase, dazu Aprikose, Pfirsich, funky und Eichenholz. Geschmacklich beißende Säure, Aprikose, Eiche und Weißwein. Die Säure ist leider so extrem, dass sie nahezu jede feine andere Nuance verdeckt. Mit fehlt hier die Balance.
