Rarely do I ever rate a beer a 5, but this gem of a sour absolutely deserves it. Definitely sour with acidic, vinegar notes. Pleasant, along the lines of a well aged balsamic vinegar. Notes of red wine. I absolutely wish I had more of these. Must visit.
