Initially had my doubts, thinking the ‘organic’ bit was a marketing tool to promote mediocre brew. Pleasantly surprised to find this hoppy, well bodied beer in my glass. Hop forward & only as bitter as it needs to be, with a clean finish. Well done BCOBC!
