It’s a malty English beer without a lot of carbonation. I suppose back in the day 5.6% was quite strong 🙈. I had it a bit colder & the temperature allows the flavour to come out & for me this overrides the lack of carbonation

Not normally a style I go to however the lovely whiff of citrus I got when I poured it drew me in. The lime & spice balanced well with the wheat to make a refreshing thirst quencher on this lovely day

Updating another check in as I only had a taster at Aliment. The nose is is delightful floral orange & citrus. The palate for me also has floral notes with candied citrus & a slightly bitter dry finish. Top drawer pale ale as I’d expect from Jason
