Todd Seymour is drinking a Long Leaf IPA by Appalachian Mountain Brewery
One of my favorite ipas. Very fall-flavor forward, reminds me of harvest due to the alcohol. Pine and resin. So good, expertly balanced.
Todd Seymour is drinking a Trappistes Rochefort 10 by Abbaye Notre-Dame de Saint-Rémy
Alcohol was hidden extremely well. Dark fruit, coffee extract, and hints of chocolate. Lighter in the mouth than expected.

Btl 12/19/17. Still chewy caramel and toffee. Full of resin and pine, strong and aggressively bitter. Will save to try later and vertical.
Todd Seymour is drinking a Common Interests by Epic Brewing Company
