Carlos is drinking an East Coast Beast by Source Brewing on Untappd

This had all the makings of a solid kolsch. Crisp going down with biscuit like notes. Yeast also gave it a lightly toasted wheat bread flair as well. So easy to drink with a decently dry finish. Thank you Candace M. Mark W. 😁
