Nice. A Stronk Dark or hefty Dubbel that goes perfectly with this Ole Dutch grey shite. Pretty darn good for a Big Brewer actually: smooth n stable, dark n sweet and interesting. Added brown sugar (shout out to D'Angelo) and .almostnothing% cocoa powder.

Never bad. Smooth, nutty, bitterish and not that sweet. Not an all time favorite, I guess I prefer either heftier Strong Darks or sweeter, intenser ones. That said, this is obviously a balanced and consistent classic. 🇧🇪🍺

Emmanuel is drinking a Corsendonk Grand Hops (2023) by Brouwerij Corsendonk

Yeah, nice. Apples on the nostrils for starters. Green ones. Sweet, malty, honey, slightly nutty-bitter and lots of foamy CO2. Great Blonde with Hallertau-Mittelfrüh. A bit bland in terms of hops perhaps ('23) but still enjoyable.
