Emmanuel: ... yeast base. A slight sour coming through with perhaps a tiny tangy fruitiness. Complex yet light, ultra thin fizz. A nice pinkish color. Original and good. Ramon I. 🍻

O nice, again. Balanced between subtle and moderation. Floral, spiced/herbal, smooth, grainy... Yup and yup. Breda!😘👌🍻

Myuh, alright. Alas no #uttersheitweatherbanger, although the weather is *rather* gnarly. Extra roasty mostly, with only a slight, nice mocha undertone. Too harshly, bitter burnt, leaving not much room for anything else. Not bad here, but not a banger🫤🫥

Yeah, weekend! Hadn't checked in the new label. I mean I can dig arty, voluptuous wimmin, but I *still* prefer Knots& Knuppel🥹😑🙄. Nice Dubbel ofcourse. Smooth, woody and creamy. Sturdy enough on a dark, grey and misty December. Almost Yule!☀️

A batch of only 350 bottles🤙. I kinda feared an overly winey taste, but I'm not sure if I'd guessed wine as an ingredient if it weren't on the label. Everything well balanced and moderate here. Fine, murky mustiness combined with a dry Champagne...
Ugh, a gusher. Too bad, because this is a fine Quad. Caramelly, some licorice and a faint hint of Xeréz/Porto with prunes and figs. Maybe I'm spoiled to have access to so many good Belgians (affordable too!), so let me have a little moment here. Wallonne!
