Leighton Smith: Adrian B. I loved this one, wonder if the cheeky DIPA would also satisfy me as I gather it’s not in the west coast style. Still, if I see it I’ll get it given your recommendation.

Leighton Smith is drinking a Bearded Lady Bourbon Barrel (2013) by Magic Rock Brewing
Holding up well, lots of varied dark malt character, a little ash, burnt cocoa, nips of peat, earth, sturdy roast, raisiny accents.
Leighton Smith is drinking a Coffee Barrel Aged Framinghammer (2013) by Jack's Abby Craft Lagers at Untappd at Home
Very nice gooey chocolate and creamy, sugary coffee character. Good boozy kick. Limited signs of oxidation. Touches of ash and earthy bitterness.
Leighton Smith is drinking a Fear and Trembling by Hill Farmstead Brewery
January 2013 vintage. Excellent condition, barely any signs of oxidation, rich smoked dark malts, chocolate, burnt ham. Delicious.
Leighton Smith is drinking a Cheeky Westy (NRGxFER Ed. 2) by Verdant Brewing Co at Untappd at Home
Shiver WCIPA, dry, nice sun-kissed pale Malts, citrus peel, bit of pine, pleasant bitterness. So we’ll balanced.

Quite a nice beer still. Lovely candied orange peel, dry piney bitterness, supportive sun-kisses malts, background dried mango.
