Always a good day when I’m in a tap room before 2 most any day but especially during the week. Very quiet at the goose on Fulton. Seems lighter than the abv suggests. Sweet, grapefruit peel, nice bitterness.

Very good. Anise, dark chocolate, cherry, barrel and candied fruit. Silky mouthfeel. Goose Island filled in. If I didn’t have to get back at the work tomorrow definitely more beers to try.
