Very tasty, it's close to what I imagine an apple vermouth would be. A lot of raisin and oak, a Madeira-esque dessert wine kind of cloying sweetness. The light body and nice bit of bubble are lovely as well.

Very nice balance of sweet and tannins. Very dry and brut-like, with an underlying bitterness throughout. Flavor profile overall is a lot like white wine with a slightly sweet note and a lot of crabapple vibes

This time around I'll do a proper review. Notes of honeydew, cantaloupe, orange, maybe a but of stone fruit and citrus peel. Nice soft body as well. Nothing remarkable but decent enough
