Cherry forward on the nose with a strong sift of cinnamon as well. Cherry lead the way on the palate with the cinnamon and vanilla coming in on the end. Not getting much tartness; the milk sugar takes over I think. A tad thin. Still excellent.

Citrus forward on the nose, with a hint of hops. Hop and pine forward with a little bit of hazy fruit on the aftertaste. Flavor profile is rather one note, but the low carbonation makes this rather crushable. Always nice. Excellent.

Chocolate, marshmallow, and almond notes with hint of the barrel on the nose. Almond and cashew forward with warmth from the barrel coming in on the aftertaste. Chocolate and vanilla linger on the palate. A tad thin for me, but rather excellent dude.

Definitely getting the peanut butter on the nose. Peanut butter forward, but the tart blueberry cuts through the sweet peanut butter. Streaks of peach give this some brightness. A tad thin for a Sorbetto. But still excellent.

Chocolate and raisin on the nose, with the port and cognac barrel wafting in the background. Raisin forward flavor from the port with chocolate nib notes on the aftertaste. Decent warmth from the barrels. Would like it a touch thicker. Excellent.
