Leaning towards barley wine— sweet and oily, barley malts, brown sugar, chocolate, dried fruit layer in the background, mild yeasty spicy citrusy notes (for that Belgian touch). Good strong full body and mouthfeel. Quad-wise not the best, but very tasty.

Dark, deep, mildly roasty coffee, nutty dark chocolate, slightly acidic port winey notes that round into dried fruits (plums, raisins, dates) and brown sugar, ”mämmi”, subtle bourbon barrel. Oily rich, strong, good mouthfeel too. Delish!
