Citra selection here is elite and the body is so balanced for a triple. Slight booziness creeps up on the back end, but definitely isn’t overwhelming. Reminds me a lot of my first visit to Trillium Canton, so nice to see the influence shine through!

Wow this is incredible!! Probably my favorite beer during this visit. Nelson takes the front seat here with some Grady dankness and Citra brightening up the body with some citrus smoothness. Punchy, Dank and Bright!

My favorite Monkish from our cali trip!! Feel like it really showcases the brew system and how can you not like DDH citra?! Really nice aromatics with a balanced semi dry body of bright, ripe citrus and a touch of…flaked oat? Really digging this one!
