This one's been aluminum-aged in the garage an extra month. It's a whole process. Seems like there's more pine/tropical balance (based on my previous comment), and a little sour quality. Let's call it well rounded.

Smells very fruity, something like a strawberry milkshake. Flavor is boozy and a little tart, kinda tropical, a hint of pine. It is strong, in good ways.
