The first Sir John for me. Impressed so far. I like the balance of the sweetness with the coffee. Espresso acidity is on point. Barrel treatment is well done but I’m lacking the vanilla. Solid 4.3

Delicious. Was excited to try this as I’ve heard that peach brandy barrel is a unique experience. Certainly different and I love it. Peach is very pronounced but balanced by semi-sweet chocolate and pure brandy heat. Thanks Maxime O. !

Gotta break out the old glassware from when Cabin opened when sampling one I’ve not had. Amped up for sure when compared to the OG. Super juicy, tropical. On the sweet side, but it balances out the hop bite nicely . Will seek again next Calgary visit.
