This is lovely. Quite a bit of pine - some nice sticky, resinous notes - along with a little sweet tropical fruit, I assume from the mosaic addition. Bitterness is there but pretty restrained. Fun balance, like a slightly modern West Coaster.

Really interesting one. Dark fruits, sorta grape-y? A little funky but not that tart. Finishes a bit dry.
