Ripe mango, pear, pine, sunny D citrus. Enough bitterness and resiny funk to break up all the fruitiness. Tasty beer.

Exciting surprise seeing this on the shelf at my local in NJ. Blooming spicy and earthy saaz on the nose, crackery malt, more spicy hops, and enough bitterness to give it the snappy finish I love. This is an excellent pilsner.

Will M: Josh G. Lol yeah they need a "brand refresh" really bad

Manages to get the best & worst of Sorachi Ace in one shot: nose leads with dill and opens into softer lemon zest. Lemon is more dominant in flavor but dill still shows. Nice attenuation, but like other Carton beers I've tried it's way too bitter

I'm really surprised how lactic this batch is. Tons of raspberry on the nose and a touch of that fruity sour patch kid lactic. The fruit is drowned out by overpowering lactic notes, really no brett either. Drinks more like a blended kettle sour than spon.

Crackery malt, lemon zest and berry esters on the nose. Dry, clean, really great balance of malt/newer American hops, not heavy handed but definitely leaning towards American Blonde Ale. Really great overall.
