A champagne bottle? Absolutely perfect. If it wasn’t for the very clean bloom of saaz hops You wouldn’t guess this is a beer. Smell is like a grain silo, herbal yeast adds Marigold chamomile and Riesling. So effervescent, dry, warm hay and barley. Genius!

An Unbelievably clean, creamy, crushable, roasty little porter/schwarzbier that’s pure joy. It starts sweet w/chocolate and then the layers & layers of roasted grain flower into a lingering toast & Nutella aftertaste. Brilliance in its perfect balance🌾

An absolute top-notch rauchbier, and easily among the top 4-5 NYC beers I’ve had. In terms of malt heft, hops crunch, and the more delicate balanced smoke I prefer this over the clear reference they used Aecht Schlenkera’s Smoked Helles. Light ham/birch😋Earned the For the Can (Level 17) badge!
Really light crushable with solid Pilsner backbone. But I’ve always found Pinkus brews to be too light, esp their Hefeweizen. On an already a hot morning while cooking a lamb Ragu (with pilsner!) It’s a refreshing treat. Hops a bit unbalanced but crispp🍻
Whether you’re celebrating July 4th, or just Saturday I wish you all sunshine & opportunity. This has all the characteristics of an excellent juicy Flanders sour, but lighter & watery with good oak/wine feels-murky dank richness of grapeskin tannins shineEarned the Pucker Up (Level 5) badge!
