The wild yeast dominates the nose, with a bright hit of light pepper that comes through on the tongue. There is an oak note in a chord of tart, sweet, almost flowery taste. The finish is a wild fight of all those flavors. Tastes like summer.

Beautiful dark amber color with great carbonation. The nose is malty and (dark) fruity at the same time. The taste is spot on with just the right balance of phenols and fruity eaters. The finish is happily medium dry. I love a good quad and this nails it!

Nice and roasty on the nose, but not overpowering. The taste answers that call with a nice hint of chocolate and a bit of coffee (not too much). Missing much of the body from tho oats, but there is a pleasant mouth feel and an appropriately dry finish.

Not much on the nose but a touch of chocolate and a hint of malt. The taste is very smooth and wonderfully creamy. Very easy sipper.
