So good to finally have something from Sapwood. Rhubarb, gooseberry, grapefruit on the nose. Very balanced and dry finish. It’s perfect. Love nelson. Reminds me of summer which is welcome in this biting cold.

Ripe tropical fruit, mandarin juice aroma and a small hint of creamy coconut. Barely noticeble hint of lime. Too fullbodied and juicy for my taste. Low bitterness. Fluffy mouthfeel. Lacks a certain freshness and crispness. Canning date 04/25/23
