Probably my favorite of the beers I’ve had from Dovetail. A slight nutty aroma, but otherwise clean. Biscuity, toasty malt character. Some nutty notes. And caramel. A bit cola like. Mild bitterness. Spicy, peppery hops. Need to go back to the brewery.

Another lager from Hop Butcher. Clean fermentation profile. White bread malt character. Mildly bitter. Floral, spicy hops. Clean, crisp and crushable. It’s a very good beer for what it’s supposed to be.
