First we tasted something Piney. After we let it sit, we tasted the Grapefruit. Never had any beers before with these odd-named hops from NEW ZEALAND (why not from AUSTRALIA, Craig?). We drove an hour from Monmouth Co to taste all 6 Silk City BBAs.
