Don't remember last time I gave 4.5 to a Boréale beer, likely more than 5 years ago. I really like this project. It's earthy, lots of stone fruits, not overly sweet, a tad harsh bitterness. I'm rather impressed. Reminds me of bières et Saveurs like 8y ago

Vanilla, white wine, citrus. Med body, soft on the palate, med bitterness. I'm surprise there is no lactose in here. The nose and mouthfeel screams lactose all over the place. That being said I liked it but it seems a tad sweet likely cause of lactose 😘

Sweet nose out chocolate, a tad woody. Full body, high sweetness, alcohol bitter finish. Good but a tad too sweet for me. Cool label though. 4.2
