So much apricot. Just chuffed that the slow leak didn’t make it oxidise, and carbonation kept. One-dimensional but super tart. Big flavour relative to the ABV.

Ah so good. Crazy raisins on the nose and in the finish, characteristic dryness at the start without being too sweet. Not getting the oatmeal except maybe in the creamy body. Less sweet, some spice as it warms.
