These guys are getting pretty good at the Belgian stuff. This is full on boozy tripel fun times apparently with white currants which I honestly thought were inedible. Shows what I know. Good & sour & hopefully not poisonous.

When Steam Machine nail it, they really nail it. Like if a bunch of Northerners took a run at Duvel Tripel Hop & somehow brewed it even better. Really bloody good, went well with Coyote vs. Acme, which is also really bloody good.

Named after the noise Muttley makes in Catch the Pigeon. Hard to go wrong with this, it's like someone made a really great shandy with grapefruit juice. Great Saturday afternoon doing fuck all beer.

First! Quite a nice yeasty saison, but has a weird aftertaste that I can only describe as the taste stuff gets when it's been left in tupperware slightly too long. Also Saison Classique sounds like the name of a 70s French car.
