Pours a deep orange brown with tannish yellow head. Bready nose with some peat. Caramel and malty goodness, with a decent bit of booze surprising you at the start. Finishes warm and with an acidic bite. Definitely discombobulating.

Pours a dark blackish brown with white head. Roasty medium coffee nose with some sweeter hints hiding. Great chocolate starter, with that coffee fortifying the body of the brew. Heavier stout, with a nice splash of honey sweetness to finish it out.

Pours a beautiful golden yellow with quickly clearing yellowish head. There’s some sort of sweet tartness on the nose. Lactose sugars and more of that cherry or raspberry sweetness, on a light and juicy body. Dry on the finish. Back to the river indeed.

Pours deep blackish brown with tan head. Fudgey oatmeal nose. Very rich and smooth brew that highlights the layers of chocolate. Mild bitterness, but the honey makes an appearance on the finish to brighten the brew.

Hello darkness my old friend indeed! This is one reaper you don’t have to fear, you just have to enjoy slowly. A definite big brew sipper, rich and full of dark malts. Layers of chocolate and coffee from espresso to medium roast. Take me into the night.
