it’s a banger when it comes to hop! Very rarely does the flavour overtake aroma in terms of hop, but it’s the case in this one with fruitiness further enhanced by fruitty esters. Couldn’t recommend it more if you are a hop fanatic.

Beauty is one of the words that comes to mind when having this. I think a pastry like this is genre defining - addition of natural adjuncts that elevate malt qualities, sounds simple, yet isn’t always succesfully executed in real life.

Very pronounced hop throughout delivering pine and lemon with some spoiled orange to top it off. Low ABV and IBU makes it easily drikable, yet it’s bursting with flavour that makes it a joy to drink. Yet even for a sesh - IBU should be higher.

This is a palete cleanser with very little character when it comes to flavour and aroma. Lactic sourness is pleasant, refreshing and scrubs everything neatly from your tongue. Salt and orange is beautifully integrated, yet rosemary isn’t that apparent.
