Brewed by UK Heineken, not as strong as the 5% Spanish version but it’s a good beer all the same. Slightly malty with a slight hint of sweetness. Finishing with a refreshing hoppy bitterness. Really good.

Rich & indulgent. Chocolate flavour with a thick, creamy and sweet fudge brownie aspect definitely hits, finishing with an underlying bitterness to complement it. Does not taste it’s 8.4% very deceiving, but absolutely lovely.

Steampunk session IPA, though more of a wheat beer with barley notes. Taste was sweet, lemonade, hint of grapefruit & a sherberty finish. Very light & easy drinking & quite simple lovely flavours. Big 500ml can and purchased from Lidl. Love it.

An easy drinking and refreshing IPA. Roasted malty sweetness, slightly grassy, spicy and caramel toffee notes. Fresh dry just enough astringency to give a clean, dry finish. Nothing special but definitely very good as something easy and light to drink.

Chocolate Stout brewed by Thornbridge for Lidl. 4.5% for £1.79. A good balance of smoothness & bitterness, a decent tasting stout. Chocolate is the predominant flavour with hints of malty, vanilla & coffee notes. Loved it.
