Wow. Just, Wow. One of the most flavorful IPAs I’ve had in quite a while. Start to finish that Simcoe delivers! Surprisingly clean finish, too, with just a hint of citrus lingering like a last fond look on a sweet goodbye.

Had it on Nitro. This is a beautiful pour with a satisfying mouthfeel to match. This beer is sometimes a little drier than my ideal, but the nitro took that edge right off! Love this
