W aromacie stonowana dzikość, owocki, trochę mlecznych nut od winogron. W smaku wytrawne, kwaśne, konkretnie owocowe, winne. Długi, wytrawny finisz, tutaj mieszają się bretty, lekki ocet i skórkowe posmaki. Złożone, a z drugiej strony chlalne jak 150.
