Wow, this is fantastic. Rich and smooth and flavorful. I don’t taste the honey, but it seems to add so much to the body. I’d love another, because not many 10% beers are this easy to drink.

I know the flavor profile elements might make this 10.5% beer taste a little strong, but don’t be put off if you’re concerned. It’s rather subtle for barrel aging, and that makes me a fan. Great flavor without going too far.
