Wifey did well to find this. Not many ppl would see a Lithuanian Mead, fermented with champagne yeast & think "that sounds about right". Thanks Wifey! Barleywine-esque sticky toffee notes w/ lashings of honey. Light carbonation prevents it being cloying.
